Nigisu is a lean bodied fish caught in the waters off Shimane, Japan. It looks unassuming but the moment our team tried it, everyone was surprised by how rich and flavourful it actually is. That same quality makes it an excellent, naturally tasty treat for cats and dogs.

Nigisu is known for losing freshness fast, so timing is everything. Our fish are caught in the Shimane coastal waters and brought straight to our own factory while still fresh, no long transport, no delays. Each fish is hand processed one by one: heads and innards are carefully removed by our team before freeze drying, so what's left is clean, simple, and ready to serve.


Limited quantity - Because each batch depends on the day's catch and is prepared in small runs at our Shimane facility, quantities are limited.
